Our Head Chef, Jimmi Bengtsson, promises something for all your senses of taste, when he twists classic Danish open-faced sandwiches, like potato sandwich, fillet of plaice and brisket of beef with anchovies, fennel and deep-fried chilies.

Our Head Chef, Jimmi Bengtsson, twists the classic Danish open-faced sandwiches, every day till Wednesday 29 February.

Twisted Classics
Jimmi Bengtsson composes a couple of very special plates based in classic Danish open-faced sandwiches, like potato sandwich, fillet of plaice, and brisket of beef, but twists the dishes with anchovies, fennel and deep-fried chilies.
He promises that there will be something for all your senses of taste…

Follow Tradition or create New Trends
Follow tradition and drink gourmet beers, selected by beer ambassador Kasper Larsen from Nørrebro Bryghus, with the twisted open-faced sandwiches. Or help create new trends and enjoy the wines, selected by Wine Aficionado Kristian Worsøe Dam from Sigurd Müller Vinhandel, with the delicacies.
