Twisted Classics
Jimmi Bengtsson composes a five course menu based in classic Danish open-faced sandwiches, like potato sandwich, fillet of plaice, calf’s tongue and brisket of beef, but twists the courses with anchovies, fennel, sea buckthorn and deep-fried chilies.

Choice Beers from Nørrebro Bryghus
”It sounds delicious,” said Beer Ambassador, Kasper Larsen, from Nørrebro Bryghus, when he heard the menu, and enthusiastically took up the challenge of matching beers to the twisted open-faced sandwiches.
Kasper Larsen will be present on Friday 3 February at 18.30 to tell you about brewing methods and how best to match beer to your favourite food.
